a true cageless experience
Home Visits
Home Visits are a great alternative to boarding for some pets. It allows your pet to get to stay in the comfort of their home. It also reduces the risks of illness or stress that can sometimes come along with being in a high-volume facility around other dogs.

Visits will be set up after an in-person consultation at the home in order for us to meet with owners and the pets prior to starting services. This allows us to introduce ourselves, go over any specific notes and instructions, and familiarize ourselves with the setup at your home and your routine to ensure that we are prepared and will have minimal issues once we begin our services.
*This service may not be ideal for all clients for long periods, especially if your pet is highly active, has separation anxiety, or is prone to destructive behaviors. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Home services are offered in Richmond only at this time.
